  1. Learn examine src addr
    1. Add source mac to the table if it hast been added
    2. resets the time out setting back to 5min if source is in the table
  2. Forward examine dest addr
    1. if the dest is in table its forwarded to the specified port
    2. If addr not in table → frame flooded to every interface except for the one it was recieved.
